Refund Policy

Due to the magic behind Fressco, no one design is exactly alike! You can expect to see slight variations in color, texture, and size due to the organic nature of the material and its production process. 

Although we try to include as much information as we can in each product description, we are happy to answer any question you may have regarding a particular product before purchasing.

In-stock and ready-to-ship items

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including all original packaging items. 

Once we receive and evaluate your return application, we will notify you by e-mail to coordinate return process and shipping costs if your application is approved.

Made to Order items

Made to Order items are non-refundable.
